Partnerships
Bold Current Review considers collaborations that fit its focus on design and remain clear to readers about who is involved. Proposals can cover relevant editorial projects or clearly separated partner placements.
Possible collaborations
We consider proposals for design-related explainers, visual projects, reader resources and other work that serves the publication's subject. We also accept proposals for partner placements across the site when the subject is relevant and the placement can be presented transparently.
Clear labelling
Paid or partner material is identified where it appears, including relevant links or placements. Labels make the relationship understandable to readers; partner content is not presented as independent editorial coverage.
Editorial boundaries
A partnership does not buy a favourable review or control over unrelated editorial decisions. We may decline proposals that do not fit the subject, cannot be labelled clearly or would blur the distinction between editorial and commercial material.
Make a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Describe the proposed subject, format and placement, along with any relevant relationship or expectations. No collaboration is assumed until the details have been considered.
Design is a choice you can learn to see.
We look past surface style to ask what a design invites, clarifies or makes harder. Small details often explain the whole.
