Bold Current Review

Editorial policy

Bold Current Review aims to make design choices legible without overstating what an example can prove. Our writing should be clear about what is observed, what is interpreted and what remains open to debate.

Accuracy and context

We check factual statements against suitable material available to the editorial process and give readers enough context to understand an example. Design judgments are identified as interpretation, not presented as settled fact. We do not invent sources, testing or first-hand experience.

Independence

Editorial coverage is shaped by relevance to the publication, not by a promise of favourable attention. Any material relationship that could reasonably affect how a piece is read will be disclosed alongside the relevant content.

Corrections

If a factual error is brought to our attention, we review the specific claim and correct it when warranted. Significant changes should be made clear in the article so readers can understand what changed. Readers can send a correction through the Contact page.

Partner and sponsored material

Paid placements and partner contributions are labelled clearly where they appear. They are distinct from independent editorial coverage, and payment does not guarantee editorial endorsement or a favourable assessment.

Our point of view

Design is a choice you can learn to see.

We look past surface style to ask what a design invites, clarifies or makes harder. Small details often explain the whole.
